iStoreGreen, formerly Hall Street Self Storage, opened last spring in BK as the first green self-storage space in the country. How? by using Green-E certified energy, a solar water heater, wood beams from the building turned into chips for packing materials, shredded paper rather than bubble wrap, you get the idea.  Now the concept may be going national. iStoreGreen is looking for its next location - probably Manhattan - and beyond.
